Boost your practice
Having Rounding as a regular part of my meditation practice has honestly been profound. I feel like weights have been removed from me. Sometimes when I've been Rounding I feel so happy I start smiling to myself. I'm seeing my life from a new perspective, the main difference is that I'm feeling a lot more joy.

Retreats
Retreats are an opportunity for a mind reset and body detoxification through a relaxing and rejuvenating technique of industrial-strength meditation called Rounding.
Rounding consists of a series of movements (asanas), a breath technique (pranayama), and 20 minutes meditation. The sequence takes approximately 45 minutes. You can be any age, or fitness level. And you don’t need to be especially flexible.
One weekend of Rounding can be equivalent to months of a daily meditation practice.
Joh runs annual retreats in Upstate NY and in the Blue Mountains, just outside Sydney.
