- How the course deals with real life issues such as fitting a twice daily practice into your life 
Attend an Introductory Talk to progress to the 4-class course.
STEP 2
Sit the 4-class course
Attend the in-person, 60-90 minute classes over 4 consecutive days.
Receive your mantra and learn the subtleties of the Vedic Meditation technique.
Learn about stress and how meditation helps undo the damage.
Meditate for 140 minutes over 4 classes beginning a life-long meditation habit.
Attending the Introductory Talk is required before sitting the 4 class course. You will receive the details of the 4 class course once you have attended the talk.
STEP 3
Enjoy ongoing support + education
