This is a long-weekend “Rounding” retreat where you will have an opportunity to rest deeply and enhance your meditation experience.
The retreat is suitable for:
Experienced Meditators who already know how to “Round” and want to take their practice to the next level.
Vedic Meditators who want to expand their practice.
beginners who want to learn to meditate with the option of learning the skill of Rounding.
What is Rounding? Rounding is a series of simple asanas, or easy stretches, and a breathe technique, designed to maximize the benefits of meditation. You will receive extensive instruction in how to Round and will the leave the weekend being self sufficient in this practice. Rounding releases deeply rooted stresses in the nervous system. After three days of Rounding you will feel lighter, refreshed and energized for weeks after the Retreat, unlike when you go on holiday where the effects of the break diminish within a few days.
Learn to Meditate. Joh will be teaching a 4-class Learn to Meditate course. If you wish to learn to meditate please arrive at the retreat by 4pm for a 5pm start on Thursday. Your final class will be 11am Sunday.
